Engage with VA leadership to define the vision and roadmap for consolidating VA contact centers, with clear milestones. Using the Magnify HCD framework, the specialist will produce current state documentation and artifacts. Support the creation and delivery of key project artifacts under the guidance of senior team members, detailed documentation of current processes, data analysis, and coordination of project phases using the Magnify/HCD rapid discovery approach.

Leads efforts for low and moderate-complex projects and low-complexity programs and supports highly complex projects. Formulates and defines business process and systems scope and objectives for programs and projects. Recommends and applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles, identifying best practices, documenting performance measurements, and identifying technology solutions to streamline processes.

The Analyst, Rebate Operations is responsible for analyzing, understanding, and implementing PBM to pharmaceutical manufacturer or GPO rebate submission and reconciliation processes. This individual will work closely with the Manager of Rebate Operations to assure complete accurate and timely claim data submissions to Prime Therapeutics. In addition, the Analyst will assure rebate submission standards are met, rebate payments are reconciled and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

The F&I Risk Management Consultant will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. The consultant will establish and demonstrate exceptional industry and regulatory knowledge through onsite field audits, deal jacket reviews, and employee trainings to help minimize risk and increase profitability for the client.
